At Livinit, we make shopping for stylish, affordable furniture simple and stress-free — from checkout to delivery, and even returns.


Delivery Information

We deliver Australia-wide, bringing flat-pack furniture straight to your door.
Here’s what to expect:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (metro areas)

  • Regional Delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships

Tip: Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide instructions for a safe drop-off.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Livinit pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how we can help:

  • Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


How to Start a Return

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.


Important Notes

  • Custom or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Please flat-pack your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
