We deliver Australia-wide, bringing flat-pack furniture straight to your door.
Here’s what to expect:

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (metro areas)

Regional Delivery: 7–14 business days

Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships
Tip: Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery or provide instructions for a safe drop-off.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new Livinit pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
