LIVINIT PICK UP & SHIPPING POLICY

At Livinit, we want your furniture to reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for details.


1. Pick Up Location + Shipping Areas

Pick Up at our Brisbane Warehouse — 22 Palmer Place, Murarrie QLD

We currently are pick up only with shipping within Australia available shortly. If you’re outside Australia, please contact us at hannah@hk-marketing.com.au to discuss options.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. Some items are made to order — please refer to the product description for how long your product may take.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier 

You'll receive shipping & tracking notifications. Please note these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable taxes are included in your total.


5. Risk & Ownership

Once your order leaves our warehouse, title and risk pass to you. Livinit is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.


6. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@hk-marketing.com.au. We’ll help resolve the problem quickly.
