At Livinit, we want you to love your furniture. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
Due to the size, nature and logistics involved in delivering furniture, Livinit does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or differs significantly from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable outcome, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Custom & Special Order Items
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order or special-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or not supplied as ordered.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
