We do our best to display our furniture accurately. However, colours, materials and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from Livinit.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

The price shown at checkout and on your order confirmation is the amount payable, including GST unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery & Collection

Livinit offers White Glove Delivery throughout selected Brisbane and Greater Brisbane areas, as well as Warehouse Collection from our Murarrie warehouse.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times and delivery scheduling.

For pre-order products, estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on individual product pages.

Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange delivery or collection.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

6. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

We will keep customers informed throughout the process and notify you once your order is ready for delivery or collection.
